Can I cancel or change my order before I receive it?

Order changes and cancellations can only be accepted if the item has not yet been processed by our fulfilment team. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking reference. 

It will not be possible to change or cancel the order after it has been processed and shipping confirmation is sent.

Can I return unused products for a refund?

You can request a refund if you have changed your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will then have another 14 days to return the product(s) after the request is acknowledged. 

To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We can not accept returns that have been opened because of hygiene concerns.

You will be responsible for any postage cost for returning the product. Your refund (minus any delivery fee) will be processed after we receive the products back.

What about if I want to exchange the product with another product?

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, unopened and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long should it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
